This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose information when you visit our website, request resources such as the Impact for Change blueprint, register for programs, contact us, or otherwise interact with McBride Impact.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Privacy

If you provide your mobile telephone number and separately consent to receive text messages from McBride Impact, we may use your mobile number to send the categories of messages to which you have consented.

Providing a telephone number does not by itself constitute consent to receive SMS marketing messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We may use service providers solely as necessary to facilitate our communications and provide supporting services. SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS Consent

Consent to receive text messages is voluntary and is not a condition of obtaining the Impact for Change blueprint, participating in our programs, making a donation, or otherwise interacting with McBride Impact unless messaging is necessary to provide a specific service you expressly request.

Where applicable, you may choose separately whether to receive marketing/promotional messages and non-marketing informational messages.

You may withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message from McBride Impact.

For assistance with text messages, reply HELP or contact us using the information below.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

5. Disclosure of Information

We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, communications, customer support, data processing, or other operational functions.

These providers may access information only as reasonably necessary to perform services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect McBride Impact, our users, or others.

As stated above, mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, maintain appropriate business and consent records, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

We do not sell personal information collected through cookies or tracking technologies.

9. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain personal information, although doing so may limit our ability to provide certain requested services.

You may unsubscribe from email communications by using the unsubscribe mechanism provided in applicable emails.
